Age: 10
Nickname: Matt
Favorite Position: Tight end

What does Respect mean to you?
Respect means that you don’t touch the equipment when coach tells you not to
and at the end of practice you are not chucking footballs at your other teammates face.
How did you show respect this week at home or school?
At home I did my chores and I didn’t tell my mom that I would do my chores. At school, I held the door for someone.
What is your favorite thing about Bethel?
Many things like the sports!
What should other kids who haven't played yet know about Bethel Football?
They should know that it is very fun. It’s not just like you put on shoulder pads and just
start ramming into people. You actually have to learn before you go to catch a pass. It’s not like “here put on these shoulder pads and scrimmage.” They actually tell you how to do things.
What goes through your mind when you’re out there playing for the Wildcats?
I think about where I am suppose to be when blocking and when I’m on defense what my job is.
Any final thoughts for your fans?
Hello!
